This is one of my "Art Series" Boards crafted from beautiful Tasmanian Oak inset with sliced branches of Blackwood, Mulga, Coastal Banksia and Elm. This Board is crafted to be Double sided - so you can use underside to cut on and with upper side with the decorative sliced Timbers to serve on if you wish.
The slices of Timbers are individually shaped and adhered to the Body board and then wrapped in Black epoxy resin resulting in a solid eye-catching Board that could serve multiple uses.
Timber Details:
Body Timber - Tasmanian Oak : a premium Australian hardwood timber encompassing three species that grow in the mountainous areas of Tasmania. Warm, dense and resilient, Tasmanian oak is light in colour, varying from straw to reddish brown with intermediate shades of cream to pink.
Inset Timbers include - Blackwood, Mulga, Coastal Banksia and Elm

Finish: Every Bonnie Timber Board is repeatably fine sanded in between coats of a high quality, food safe, hard wax oil, then finally hand sanded with extremely fine sandpaper and hand buffed with our wood butter, a small can of which is included with the Board you purchase.
