1. Please, never ever place your Board in the Dishwasher.

2. To clean after regular use, just use warm soapy water,
stand the board on edge and allow to dry.

3]. To clean, after heavy use, dampen the Board, generously sprinkle with salt
and use half lemon to lightly scrub the salt over the board, wash with warm water,
stand the Board on edge and allow to dry.

4. To “freshen up” your Board, use a clean cloth to rub over a thin coating of our Wood Butter
refinishing  cream, allow to dry for 10 minutes, then buff off the remaining wood cream with a
clean cloth. A old white or light colored Tee Shirt is the ideal material to use.

5. Please don’t use Olive oil or Vegetable Oil or similar to “freshen up” your Board, as wonderful
as these oils are, they will soak into the timber grain of your Board and over time become rancid.
