We currently ship to every corner of Aus! - for international shipping the rates vary enormously, please contact us directly at david@bonnietimberboards.com.au
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is a flat $28 Australia wide.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
We pinky promise to process and dispatch all orders in 2 - 3 business days.
If you live in a busy city, we expect your order to take around 3-6 days to get to you. If you live in a more rural or regional area, it might take up to a week.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Ah, YES because we too longingly wait by the window after making an online order! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll get an email with the tracking number and you can watch your baby every step of the way.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you want to change or cancel your order, email david@bonnietimberboards.com.au with your order details ASAP. We will try to help but if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't make any changes or cancel.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Under Australian Consumer Law, Saint Jack is not obligated to provide a refund for 'change of mind' on purchases.
If there are any major or minor problems with your order, you may be entitled to a partial refund, full refund or replacement. If there are any issues with your order, please email us at david@bonnietimberboards.com.au with your order number and our customer service team will get back to you ASAP.
