Some mornings when I walk into the workshop an idea strikes and results in a Board that's a little different!
So in this Board I carved a large rectangle and filled it with hundreds of end grain cut wood dowels and a few end grain slices of limb wood in a free flowing pattern - have a look at the short video below and you'll see so much more !

Size: Length 46 cm - Width 28.5 cm x Thickness 4.2 cm
Base Timber: American Oak.
Insert Timbers: End grain slices of Coastal Banksia and Osage Orange, surrounded by hundreds of end cut timber dowels including Huon Pine, Old Growth Oregon, Walnut, Rose Gum and Black Heart Sassafras.
Structure: All the separate wood pieces have been enveloped in a quality clear epoxy resin [that is generally considered Food Safe after it has cured] resulting in a very solid Board ready for years of service
Time to complete: Approximately 4.7 Hours
The Board has been surfaced and fine sanded, then completed with two coats of quality Fiddes Hard Wax Oil, a Food Safe Finish.
Finally, the Board is polished with our Wood Butter, a can of which is included free with your Board purchase.
Please note: Each Bonnie Timber Board is a "one of a kind" and that wood is a natural material and may have knots or grain variations that are not depicted. These variances should not be viewed as imperfections, but as characters that make each piece unique.
