Wood Wall Art - 'Stone Wash" - in the Pointillism style.

I really enjoy wandering around the Bush, you can always a quiet spot with a view of something that is interesting.

Recently I was up near Daylesford walking along the side Sailors Creek. It was cool but sunny Winter's day when I came across a stoney patch of ground beside the creek, where all the rocks and stones were still damp in the morning dew, allowing their colours and texture to shine out and so this Wood Wall Art came to be. 

This piece of Wood Wall Art can be hung on a wall or will stand by itself on a shelf or similar.

Base Frame: American White Oak.

Timbers types: Numerous end grain cut dowel pieces of various timber species including but limited to: Banksia, Redgum, Purple Heart, Conkerberry, Rose Gum, Blackwood, Huon Pine, Old Growth Oregon, White Pine, American Oak and Black Heart Sassafras. 

Structure: All the separate wood pieces have been carefully placed to position then  enveloped in a quality clear epoxy resin. The Board is then machined to a smooth, flat surface and fine sanded. Finally the piece with two coats of quality Fiddes Hard Wax Oil and then buffed with our own Wood Butter, a can of which is included with your Board purchase. 

Please note: Each Bonnie Timber Board is a one of a kind. Wood is a natural material and may have knots or grain variations that are not depicted. These variances should not be viewed as imperfections, but as characters that make each piece unique.
