Wood Wall Art - "Flower Vista" - in the Pointillism style.

I really enjoy creating this piece, it sort of started as a vague idea and then my hands took over and soon a large flower began to appear. It used Purple Herat for the stem of the flower, Conkerberry to represent the sun and a mystery wood with lovely reddish colouring as the flowers. At the bottom small cookies of Osage Orange and Leatherwood represent a couple of stones in the Garden Bed.

I think it's finished up fairly well, I hope you like it ? 

This piece of Wood Wall Art can be hung on a wall or will stand by itself on a shelf or similar.

Base Frame: American White Oak.

Timbers types: Numerous end grain cut dowel pieces of various timber species including but limited to: Purple Heart, Conkerberry, Rose Gum, Blackwood, Huon Pine, Old Growth Oregon, Walnut, Leatherwood, White Pine and American Oak.

Structure: All the separate wood pieces have been carefully placed to position then  enveloped in a quality clear epoxy resin. The Board is then machined to a smooth, flat surface and fine sanded. Finally the piece is finished with two coats of quality Fiddes Hard Wax Oil and then buffed with our own Wood Butter, a can of which is included with your purchase.
